Morgan Fairchild (born Patsy Ann McClenny on February 3, 1950) is an American actress from America. The actress gained fame from the late 1970s to mid-80s, when she was featured in several television programs, which usually reflected a glamorous look. Fairchild started her career on the CBS daytime soap opera Search for Tomorrow as Jennifer Pace from 1973 to 1977. After appearing on Dallas, where she played Jenna Wade as the very first actress in primetime she was then a part of the NBC show Flamingo Road. For this role she was nominated a Golden Globe Award in 1980 for Best Actress for a Television Series - Drama. Fairchild was on ABC's short primetime soap Paper Dolls and also for Falcon Crest in 1985-86 as Jordan Roberts. Fairchild is also a performer in the theatre, and has appeared in TV comedies such as Murphy Brown, for which she won an Primetime Emmy Award nomination for the best guest star in a Comedy Series. She is on the board of SAG-AFTRA.
